Naptown Apparel, LLC (aka “FIT2WIN”) has instituted the following privacy practices and policies with regard to its website and related services (the “Website”):

    Under no circumstances shall Fit2Win be liable for any incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, this Website or the information contained on this Website, even if Fit2Win has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    8. DISPUTES

    All disputes arising out of or relating to the terms of this Privacy Policy shall be resolved via arbitration conducted in the English language in Anne Arundel County, Maryland, U.S.A under the commercial arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association.  The parties shall bear their own costs for this arbitration and the provisions of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties and shall be enforceable in any court of competent jurisdiction.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, Fit2Win shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief, security or other equitable remedies from the United States District Court for the State of Maryland or any other court of competent jurisdiction. 

    8. SEVERABILITY

    If any part of these terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. 

    9. CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

    This privacy and Website policy is subject to change at any time. If our policy is materially changed, we will update this page. 

    10. MINOR'S POLICY

    Our Website does not target and is not intended to attract minors under the age of 18.
