Sports were always a big part of our family dynamic. It was a place where we grew as individuals, pushed each other, created memories, and shaped us as adults. It started with our father — the FIT2WIN founder. He asked the four of us before every practice or game, “Are you ready to play?”

On the surface, it was about being excited to get on the field or court and doing our best in the moment, but underneath it was far more. It’s about preparation, physical fitness, mental toughness, leadership and hustle. It means trusting your teammates and your equipment.

As we grew, “Are you ready to play?” evolved into “Are you fit to win?” It’s not just a company — it’s an attitude. Now get in there.
