Our delivery time for custom team & corporate orders is 4 weeks from the date of approval.

Your order comes to use through our website where we inspect the order and the files you may have uploaded which could be, but are not limited to artwork, logos, rosters, and special instructions. Upon review of these details, one of our customer service representatives will send you an email with final proof of your design and special instructions, including the roster you may have included.

Once you have reviewed the emailed information and replied that it is correct and you approve of all the details, your order goes to the production line. From this date of approval, we start counting those four weeks.

All team and corporate orders placed through our website can be shipped using any of the services offered by UPS, DHL Express or USPS.

All team and corporate orders placed by one of our sales representatives or over the phone can ship using any of the services offered by UPS, DHL Express or USPS, arrangements must be made at time of your order placement with our representative.

Fit2WIN does not use any third-party shipping accounts.

These are determined by the shipper and paid upon shipping.

The international customer is responsible for all taxes and duties upon arrival at its destination.

Requests for stock returns must be received within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returns must not have been worn or used and have original tags. 

No return will be accepted without a return authorization number which can be obtained by calling us at 1-877-FIT2WIN or emailing us at customerservice@fit2win.com.

If you have placed a custom order and sent us final approval for your order, your order cannot be canceled, as it is already in the production process. 

Once final approval has been received, a customer order cannot be canceled or returned.

Yes, if your team or organization has a tax exemption certificate, we will need a copy of the entire certificate on file for your account if you wish to not pay sales tax. Giving us the tax-exempt number over the phone is not acceptable. We must have a copy of the tax-exempt certificate.

Wash in cold water.

Do not use fabric softeners – they lock in bacteria & odor.

For stain removal, treat as soon as possible using baking soda & water paste. Apply paste to stain, rub it into stain with fingers or a toothbrush, let stand. Launder as directed.

Never dry clean.

Always wash in cold water.

To battle stains, try to treat them as soon as possible with a paste made of baking soda and water, for the best results. Rub the paste onto the stain using your hands or a brush and let sit for a few hours. Then, launder with your other items. If you do not have baking soda available, you can try to pre-treat the stain with a paste of your powder detergent and water. Do not use chlorine bleach.

Wash whites and colors separately.

Never dry your garment with heat; if you can hang dry, that will bring the best results. If you must dry in a dryer, use a no-heat or air-dry setting.

Powder laundry detergent works best with most polyester and microfiber fabrics, as liquid detergents can get caught in the fabric’s makeup and trap bacteria which creates odor.

Never use fabric softeners.

• Custom orders should ship within 24 hours of their completion process and ship from our headquarters in Annapolis, Maryland.
• When choosing Next Day, Second Day Air, and other Express Services the day the order is placed does not count as a shipping day.
